Product Quality
We take great care to ensure the accuracy of your order. Please be aware that, because of the nature of our product and variations in computer monitor settings, at times there could be very slight variations between the colors viewed on your monitor and the final reproduction of your image. Also, we will always use the aspect ratio of the original artwork to calculate the required dimensions based on your input of the height or the width of your selected image. We will make every effort to meet your specifications as closely as possible.
Payment
To ensure security of the credit card information required for processing your order, we accept payment only through PayPal. When you are ready to make a payment, we will link you from our website to PayPal. Upon completion of the PayPal payment process, you will receive an email confirming the order and the payment.
Delivery of Product
After selecting the artwork of your choice, you have the option to have the artwork shipped directly to you
or to your favorite neighborhood Artaissance Retailer. You choose your Artaissance Retailer
from a list recommended by us, based on your zip code. If your artwork is shipped directly to your Artaissance Retailer,
you may pick up the artwork at their location or if your Artaissance Retailer has delivery capabilities,
you can arrange with them to have it delivered.
Product Return
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Your Artaissance Retailer will inspect the artwork when it arrives in their shop. If for any reason the art arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately, at no cost to you.
